Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
Sure you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy onto your shopping bag and then click the “place order” button. This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. Additionally, you will receive an email and SMS confirming your order. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our office with the respective tracking details.
Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?
Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may go out of stock or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.
Can I order a product that is “Out of Stock”?
We have a pre-order facility – you can see it as a tab on the product when it goes out of stock. All you need to is place an order, make the online payment and we shall deliver it as soon as possible. This may take approximately 15-20 days since most of our products are hand crafted.
If I wish to buy for my store/ wholesale, what do I do?
If you wish to buy 10 or more pieces of one design (product code) then refer to our wholesale page as we will be able to offer a discount in such a scenario. You can also email us at email@example.com
Why is there a difference in color variation in the product that I have received than the image on the site?
ZRI jewellery is handcrafted by various artisans and is made upon order with materials available at the time.
Do I have to have an account to place an order at ZRI?
No, you do not as you can place an order by just providing your email address, however it is highly recommended that you do create an account with us. Not only will you be able to rate and review products but also you can accumulate discounts on future purchases.
How do I sign up for a ZRI account?
All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address and a password of your choice. It’s very simple!

Can I ship the products to an address that is different to my billing address?
Yes, Definitely! You can do this by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship it to as the ‘shipping address’.
I would like to gift a product – how do I go about it?
All you have to do is click on the gift icon of the product you choose, make the payment and punch in the address on which it needs to be delivered. A special request for gift wrapping can be made at an additional nominal charge of Rs. 100 only.
What is the difference between fashion jewellery and fine jewellery?
The biggest difference between fine jewellery and fashion jewellery is material. Fine jewellery is made of precious metals — gold, silver and platinum — and decorated with diamonds, pearls and the highest quality gemstones.
Fashion jewellery can be made of any material, including wood, leather, fabric, glass, resin, copper, brass and plastic. Fashion jewellery may also feature gemstones and precious metals.
How do I care for the jewellery?
Please handle with care and store in a soft cloth pouch for the lustre to last longer.
Wood and resin items: Please avoid excessive force to prevent cracking or breakage. If force is applied on the piece or if the piece falls on the ground, there is a possibility that the material will break or parts may get dislodged. We will not accept any returns if any of these events occur. To maintain its luster, apply a small amount of baby oil with a soft cloth and let it dry for a couple of hours before wearing.
Metal items: Most items are gold polished/ plated and hence the colour/ shine will last longer. Please avoid direct exposure to sunlight while storing it.
ZRI jewels are handcrafted with natural and synthetic materials. If handled with care, the piece will last much longer.
